Our Story
7th Heaven Granola began one Christmas Eve in a kitchen in Co. Cavan, as a homemade spiced granola baked to give away as gifts. Then something lovely happened: the people who got it came back asking for more. So in 2017 Bake N Tukka was born.
“Tukka” is Aussie slang for food, and that bit of Australian spirit is still in everything we do.
We still bake every batch by hand in Cootehill, County Cavan, with the same recipe and the same care, sweetened only with honey.
Why the 7s?
Every bag holds 28 good things: 7 fruits, 7 nuts, 7 seeds and 7 spices. (Our JUST NUTS blend skips the fruit: 7 nuts, 7 seeds and 7 spices.)
Our Original granola is high in fibre and very low in salt, and packed with flavour.
