The story began one Christmas Eve in a humble kitchen in Co Cavan, where the gift of giving started with a homemade granola with added spices that gave it that Christmas feel. 

After the festive season was over the gift keepers returned for more granola and from there the spirit of the granola spread to what has now has become 7th Heaven Granola that we know today.
